1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of the Thalo service. Thalo LLC ("Thalo", "we", "us") is the legal entity offering this service. By accessing or using Thalo you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise continuing to use Thalo, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
- Use Thalo for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- Send spam, malware, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Attempt to probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the service.
4. Intellectual property
Thalo and all related software, documentation, branding, and content are owned by Thalo LLC or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your purchased plan.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep Thalo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Payments and billing
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. By making a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
7. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Thalo for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Thalo service is provided by Thalo LLC "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
